Announcement: Sad News

It is with great sorrow that I inform you of the death of Susie
Seo, a junior Fashion Design student from Denton, Texas. Susie was
transported to the hospital where she was pronounced dead at 2:30 a.m. on
October 26, 2009.

Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends as they mourn
her death. Information about memorial services will be shared with the
community as it becomes available.

Counselors are available in the Health and Counseling Center in
Willoughby Hall from 9 AM-5 PM Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and from 9
AM-6 PM on Thursday to speak with anyone who is in need of assistance in
coping with this tragedy. Evening appointments are also available by
appointment. Appointments can be scheduled by calling (718) 399-4542.

Campus Ministers, including the campus Rabbi are also available for
counseling. All campus ministers can be reached by telephone at the
