Announcement: Learning Management System Changes Coming October 9th
important navigational improvements to the Learning Management System
(LMS) for students and faculty. These changes pertain to the way past and
current courses are displayed on the LMS:
Students: All courses preceding the Fall of 2009 will be removed and the
screen will only display current semester courses.
Faculty: All courses preceding the Fall of 2009 will appear grayed out
on the screen and current courses will be displayed at the top of the
list courses.
These changes will be effective on Friday, October 9, 2009; they are
being implemented to help faculty and students gain quick access to
current courses and alleviate or eliminate lengthy scrolling.
Faculty must note, however, that access to grayed out courses is still
available and that these courses can be made active again by changing
their status in the Settings page of the LMS course.
Students, on the other hand, should contact their professors to gain
access to previous semester courses that have been removed.
