Announcement: Call for Prattfolio Submissions--The Spring 2009 FOOD issue

Prattfolio magazine is soliciting submissions from alumni,
faculty, and students for possible inclusion in the spring 2009 FOOD
issue.

-Have you used food as a subject or as material in your work?

-Have you explored the psychological aspects of eating in your art or
writing?

-Have you designed food packaging or food production equipment?

-Have you worked in the food industry or in nutrition? Do you know of a
Pratt Food Science and Nutrition graduate who has gone on to make a mark
in the world of food, drink, or nutrition?

-Are you a chef or cookbook author?

-Are you an advocate for organic or locally grown foods?

-Have you addressed the global food crisis in your work?

-What has been your relationship with restaurants or cafs? Have you
exhibited your artwork in an eating establishment or painted a mural for
one? Have you traded your art or design services for dining privileges?

Please email a brief description of relevant work to erandolp@pratt.edu.
Include high-resolution samples (300 dpi or greater), if applicable.
