Announcement: Save the Dates for 2009 Graduation and Year End Activities

Dear Pratt Community:

As you are aware, we have been actively involved in finalizing plans for
our end of year and commencement activities for May, 2009.

These have been finalized as shown below. There will be a range of
announcements to the community as well as updates to websites containing
full information in the coming weeks. We felt it important to provide you
with this "save the date" information at this time.

**Pratt Show: Manhattan Center, NYC

Set-Up - 3pm - 9pm Sunday May 10th & 9am - 9pm Monday, May 11th
Opens - 9:00am Tuesday, May 12th
Closes - 1:00pm, Friday May 15th
Student Work Take Down - 1:00pm - 6:00pm, Friday, May 15th

**Fashion Shows: Altman Building, 135 W. 18th St. NYC

Shows (Tickets Required) 2pm and 5:30pm, Wednesday, May 13th

**Graduation Awards Ceremony (formerly Honors Convocation): Memorial Hall,

11:00am - 12noon, Friday, May 15th

**Graduation Receptions: (New this year and in each Department for
faculty, graduating students, families, and friends)

1:00pm - 3:00pm, Friday, May 15th

**Commencement: Radio City Music Hall, NYC

11am - 1pm, Monday, May 18th

We are aware that changes to any established venue will provide
advantages for some of our community, and challenges for others. We have
attempted to balance these and other considerations in our planning.
