Announcement: Reminder Student Employee Training

Pratt Institute is conducting annual MANDATORY STUDENT EMPLOYEE
TRAINING for all new student employees. This training is designed to help
student employees develop their professional skills and build good work
place ethics. Over one hundred new student employees attended the first
program on October 7. 2008.

If you missed the first program you have another opportunity, this
Thursday, October 16th from 5:45- 7 p.m. in Engineering 371. Attendance
at one of the workshops is mandatory for all student workers who are
working at Pratt for the first time. Students will get paid for the time
that they are in training.

Students are also encouraged to access the web-based Student Worker
Manual using the Pratt Learning Management system. Both students and
supervisors can access the manual through the Learning Management System
at http://lms.pratt.edu/course/view.php?id=11582 .Pratt community members
need only to log in using their ONEKEY log in information (webmail)

All NEW student employees MUST attend and returning student employees are
also welcome. Please help us by making every effort to get your student
employees to attend one of these programs. It will be an enjoyable and
meaningful event.
