Announcement: Join us for Stress Relief Day Activities October 23, 2008

Petting a Dog can reduce your blood pressure and improve your mood?

Beading improves focus and provides a meditative effect on your mind?

Eating certain foods can actually reduce your stress level?

Come join us on Stress Relief Day and nurture yourself by petting a
therapy dog, making some beaded jewelry, eating some soothing food, or
taking part in our stress ball contest!

Thursday, October 23rd, 12-3pm in the No Name Cafe, Willoughby Residence
Hall
