Announcement: The Passing of Nancy Ross

Nancy Ross, a beloved and distinguished faculty member in the Department of
Art and Design Education, died last Thursday, November 29, 2007 at age 64
of a brain hemorrhage.

Ross taught in the department from 1973 to 2005 and received her master's
of fine arts degree from Pratt Institute in 1969. She also served as
Director of the Department's Saturday Art School from 1973-1994.

Services will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, December 8, 2007 at the Dangler
Funeral Home on 106 Main Street in Madison, New Jersey. Visiting hours
will be held earlier that day from 1 to 3 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent "In Memory of Nancy Ross" to
Pratt Institute, Art and Design Education Department, C/O Director of
Development Operations, Pratt Institute, North Hall 219, 200 Willoughby
Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11205.
